Monday morning Weigh in

Ok here it is - weigh day! and Ive lost 8lbs! - yes thats right lbs not ounces! Im amazed, so I have now shifted 12lbs in two weeks - know its only because ive just started again, and ive got a lot to loose but hey what a motivation boost.

Im gonna have to get some new work trousers soon as ive now lost 1 1/2 stone since xmas and my grey trousers make me look like im deformed! Who cares! not me! woo hoo!

Did pretty well today food wise, porridge for breakfast, sandwiches and soup for lunch and my fav treaty snacks - monster munch for the crisp craving - 1.5 points and makes me feel like a big kid every time I eat them, and a weight watchers caramel whip bar 1.5 points for the choccy craving - not very healthy today as had to go to the hospital after work so just had toast topper on toast for now but will have something a bit better later - hey my points are there to be used!

Oh by the way - sandwiches consist of crusts away 50'/50 bread which if you ahve more than one slice is better than the ww one (but still like that) - very low fat cheese with chives and onion, thin roast chicken and tomato - yum yum

Felt really good all day except for the fact my knee still hurts (twisted when i slipped on a wet floor last week) ok ok no sympathy needed i was in the pub at the time!

What with a bad knee, and a bad foot if i was a horse i think i would have been shot by now! but im not giving up - i will be able to walk again soon much to my daughters dismay - if im going so is she! ha ha

Oh and my latest bright idea - im looking for a new tent to go camping!
