hmmm got a text at 7.45 from my daughter to say she was locked out of her home after nights... yeah thanks for that! but, on a positive note i decided to get up and go to the gym instead, go me! well lets see what the scales say for my angel like behaviour! hee

weekend wonder

woop, well its sunday afternoon and ive stuck to plan all weekend!  I know what im having for tea, and ive been to the gym sat and sunday, woooo hoooo.  I had takeaway for tea last night with my treat points and chose boiled instead of fried rice... still flamin lovely i have to say .  Lets see what the scales say tomorrow.

stayed the same yesterday... but not giving in! went to the gym on sunday, yep a sunday! feel better for all the fruit and water but lord having to go for a pee every hour is a pain in the butt at work!

weigh in week 4

Well, another week and finally a 1lb off!  Pretty disappointed as i had been really good the week before and good all week (until sat) and had pizza and crisps and wedges (and cider) but i did have some saved points so although bad, shouldnt have been that bad!

come to the conclusion that i cant have so much as a day off if i want to loose weight - but another pound and ive lost my first half stone.

My OH gets the stocks this weekend - shopping in asda when i go for the WW sauces he pulls a face.  When i ask him why he says well they dont have much taste! even though he said he liked them when i used them! all to keep me happy - well tough if he wants something with more taste (and fat!) he can cook for himself - although bless him he did actually say that he would eat whatever as long as it helped me.

Oh i found my treat crisp snack for this week too as sick of sunbites  - chipsticks are only 1.5 per pack (the small multi pack ones) - yummy

Update on the bike - keep trying but im convinced the bike is faulty!  i just about managed to start off on the flat after stoppin for a car - i know im bad but im not that bad!!!!!!

Macdonalds all counted - boy thats a first......

Well, Im feeling pretty good with myself today.  Not only did i go for a walk in my lunch break for the second day running, I ended up at macdonalds (definately not planned!), but instead of just wiping it off, I have just been on the macdonalds web site for the nutritional information and pointed what i ate!  woooooo hoooooo.  and, after my exercise points earned this week so far and saved points, I still have some extras for the weekend.  Not bad at all Deirdre give yourself a pat on the back!

Ok, what else, oh had oven baked cherry tomatoes for lunch with cous cous - second day had them and they are just fab (thanks lady on the WW posts for the tip)! cook in a hot oven for about 20-30 mins and leave overnight - they end up a bit like sun dried toms without th fat but very intense flavour. Yummy!
Havent been in long but been for a walk with woofy so thats an extra 15 mins walk and round the block on my bike 5 mins.  Not great but its a start!!!!
Oh please oh please have a good one on monday when i weigh in!!!!

sneeky weigh in

Had to weigh myself this morning and at last the number has dropped and i have lost a pound - a whole pound! lol
Tea last night was ace - noodles, king prawn, onion, spring onion, and mushrooms in chinese sauce (home made not from a take away!) 7 points on WW worked it all out!
Will have to remember about that one!

Chilli tonight made with ww sauce - had it before so know its something to look forward too!
Well thats my lunch almost over with so byeeeee
